Veteran insurance and reinsurance executive Simone Camilla Oliveira has launched Uplift Strategy Consulting, a London-based boutique advisory firm that aims to drive transformations for re/insurers.
Uplift Strategy Consulting helps its clients transform complex business transitions, such as M&A due diligence and integration, operational restructuring, and international market expansion, into sustainable competitive advantages.
Leveraging Oliveira’s extensive experience in executive leadership and driving operational efficiency, Uplift aims to distinguish itself by bridging the gap between strategic planning and successful on-the-ground execution.
“I don’t just advise – I am fully immersed in the implementation process from start to finish, partnering closely with clients and taking full accountability for the outcome,” says Simone. “Uplift was founded to offer more than strategy: we deliver execution that is structured, tailored, and results-driven.”
Oliveira brings a global perspective to her new venture, having led multicultural teams across the United States, Brazil, and the UK.

Prior to establishing Uplift, Oliveira held the position of Global Chief Commercial Officer at Ocean International Reinsurance Group, where she spearheaded the company’s commercial, business intelligence, marketing, and public relations functions across operations spanning over 90 countries.
Her track record also includes senior leadership roles at Willis Towers Watson, where she served as Head of Portfolio Solutions for Latin America and the Caribbean, and at Marsh McLennan, where she held the positions of COO and Strategy Leader.
